Well saints, you asked for it, so here it is! The 4th Fridays Praise Festival kicked off its 2005 season with a HUGE bang on Friday, March 25th. The George Marshall Project (GMP) set things off with five spirit-filled tracks - a great mix of praise, worship, and contemporary r&b/soul. First, they got us out of our seats with "Praise God" and "Make A Joyful Noise". Then they lifted beautiful psalms unto the Lord like "No One Loves Me Better Than You" and "There Is No One Like You". Perhaps their strongest track was "All I've Been Searching 4, I've Found It In U," a smooth groove reminiscent of the great jazz/soul group, Incognito.
4th Fridays Review - March 25, 2005

Our Pastor and First Lady attended an event where GMP ministered and was moved the group's outpouring of praise and worship through song. We are looking for a great visitation from God and believe that your group's contribution to our Youth Concert will undoubtedly be a blessing.

Words cannot EVEN begin to describe the awesome time that my friend and I had at the CD release concert last weekend. The Holy Spirit was truly in the midst of that place! Your songs were encouraging, and came right at a time in my life when I needed encouragement. I heard "Jesus Cares" and "No one like You". The tears flowed, but they were tears of joy. I realize that it was God just saying, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." How AWESOME is our God! Of course, I had to buy a CD. I will add a few of those songs to my "In my closet" list.
